Membership is not transferable or refundable

Members must follow rules and regulations. Alera Med Spa has the right to refuse or discontinue to provide services for any reason

Must provide 72 hours cancellation notice before any services scheduled. Failure to do so will cause the member to pay 50% of the cost of the service scheduled

Children under the age of 12 are prohibited to enter in the spa facilities. Any children under age of 18, must have a written consent by the parent or legal guardian, and should remain inside the treatment room.
