Signature HydraFacial: Our Signature HydraFacial is a 45-minute treatment that deeply cleanses and hydrates the skin. It includes a skin peel and hydra-extractions, but no boosters, LED light, or lymphatic drainage. We use the latest in HydraFacial technology with Syndeo Machine.
Deluxe HydraFacial: Our Deluxe HydraFacial is a 60-minute treatment that includes all aspects of the Signature treatment, as well as LED light therapy and one skincare booster that may help with:
- Age Refinement: Helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
- Radiance: Improves the appearance of dark spots.
- Clarifying HydraFacial: Intended for acne patients. This treatment does not include lymphatic drainage.
Alera Glowing Platinum HydraFacial: Our unique Alera Glowing Platinum HydraFacial is the ultimate HydraFacial experience. This 75-minute treatment begins with lymphatic drainage to initiate the detoxification process. It is followed by the Signature HydraFacial to deeply cleanse, extract, and hydrate the skin. Specific skin concerns are addressed with a booster of your choice. The treatment concludes with LED Light Therapy to further reduce the visible signs of aging.

HydraFacial
We take great pride in our services, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience at Alera Med Spa. However, due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for completed services or treatments. If you are not satisfied with your service or treatment, please let us know immediately, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
If you purchase a service package or series, please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for unused or partially used services. However, if you have a medical condition that prevents you from using the remaining services in your package or series, we may offer a partial store credit or refund at our discretion.
In the event that we are unable to provide the service or treatment you scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to reschedule your appointment at a convenient time. If we are unable to reschedule your appointment, we will issue a full refund for the service or treatment.
In the event that a product you purchased from us is defective, we will gladly exchange the product for the same item or issue a store credit.
