APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Alera Med Spa, LLC reserves appointment times exclusively for each client. To ensure timely access to care and efficient scheduling for all medical and aesthetic services, the following policy applies to all appointments.
A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required at the time of booking. A $100 deposit is required for all laser treatments, injectable services, microneedling, and microchanneling appointments. A 50% deposit is required for all massage services performed by licensed massage therapists and facial treatments performed by licensed estheticians. Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of the service upon completion.

All consultations for skin care, weight loss, and laser services are $155 and must be paid in full prior to booking. Consultation fees are non-refundable once the appointment is scheduled.
Clients must provide a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours’ advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide timely notice, failure to appear for a scheduled appointment (“no-show”), or arrival more than fifteen (15) minutes late without prior notice may result in cancellation of the appointment and assessment of a $100 late cancellation/no-show fee, regardless of service type. This fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, and not applicable toward future services.
As a one-time courtesy, Alera Med Spa may waive the cancellation or no-show fee at its sole discretion. All subsequent violations will be strictly enforced. No future appointments may be scheduled until all outstanding balances are paid in full.
By scheduling an appointment, you authorize Alera Med Spa to charge all applicable deposits, consultation fees, and cancellation or no-show fees to the card on file. Alera Med Spa reserves the right to amend this policy at any time in accordance with applicable federal, state, and professional regulatory standards governing medical and aesthetic practices.
This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Alera Med Spa operates in compliance with applicable Florida statutes and regulations, including but not limited to Florida Statutes Chapter 456 (Health Professions and Occupations) and Chapter 458/459, as applicable to medical oversight, delegation, and scope of practice.
Cancellation, no-show, and deposit fees are administrative fees intended to compensate for reserved professional time and scheduling losses and are not penalties. Nothing in this policy alters or limits a patient’s rights under Florida law, including the right to receive medically appropriate care or to discontinue treatment.
