Alexandra Molinares, MD, CME
CEO/FOUNDER
Born in Barranquilla, Colombia, our Board-Certified Family Physician has specialized in laser hair removal since 2007. With over 16 years of experience as a laser hair removal specialist and over 12 years in cosmetic and anti-aging treatments, she performs Botox and other neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and weight loss program. These include individualized treatment plans, Lipo shots, Semaglutide, and other appetite suppressants. Additionally, she is skilled in various laser modalities, including non-ablative and ablative fractional skin resurfacing treatments such as CoolPeel, scar removal, stretch mark treatments, MoveoGlo, PRP treatments for alopecia, joint injections, facial rejuvenation, mesotherapy and more. She has also served as a national speaker during her Family Medicine Residency program and has been an attending physician supervising nurse practitioners for USF for over five years.
In her free time, she enjoys family activities, traveling, dancing, crafts, and gourmet cooking.

Viviana Velez
MEDICAL AESTHETICIAN
Viviana is one of our newest licensed aestheticians, bringing her passion for healthy, glowing skin to every treatment. She graduated from Summit Salon Academy and has always loved skincare, from trying out new routines to learning the science behind it.
When she’s not in the treatment room, you can usually find her doing Pilates, hitting the gym, or enjoying her favorite food—sushi! Recently, she adopted a sweet little kitten who already has her wrapped around its paw. Viviana also loves cozy nights watching TV with friends and believes in balancing self-care with fun.
Her warm personality and love for all things beauty make her a perfect fit here at Alera, and she can’t wait to help clients feel confident and radiant in their own skin.

MASSAGE THERAPIST
Ron began his career in New York in 1994, becoming certified in Deep Tissue Therapy. He quickly gained recognition as one of the top therapists in the area, specializing in Advanced Deep Tissue Therapy, a highly effective healing approach. With over 30 years of experience, Ron has treated thousands of clients, including business professionals, athletes, and performers, helping them recover from injuries and manage stress. Additionally, Ron is a certified instructor of Shing Yi Chi Kung, a Chinese system for exercise, meditation, strength, and energy building.
Ron finds great fulfillment in witnessing his clients heal and improve their lives.
