REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Retail Products
All retail product sales are final unless otherwise stated. If you experience an adverse or allergic reaction to a product purchased from Alera Med Spa after a documented consultation with one of our licensed skincare specialists, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

Returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Must include a valid receipt.

Product must be at least 75% full.

Reaction must be verified by our clinical team; documentation or photos may be requested.
Refunds will be issued only to the original form of payment. Products purchased without consultation, promotional items, discounted products, and gift cards are non-refundable.
Medical Spa & Aesthetic Services
All services including injectables, laser treatments, facials, body contouring, PRP, microneedling, massage therapy, weight loss programs, and aesthetic consultations, are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. Outcomes vary based on individual anatomy, metabolism, lifestyle, medical history, and adherence to pre- and post-treatment instructions. Dissatisfaction alone does not constitute grounds for refund or credit.
Injectable Treatments (Neurotoxins, Dermal Fillers, Biostimulators, PRP, Kybella)

Final sale once prepared or administered.

No refunds or credits for perceived under- or over-correction, duration, or individual response.

Touch-ups or additional units required to achieve results are not included unless stated in writing.

Aligned with injectable consent forms acknowledging these terms.
Laser & Energy-Based Treatments (Including Packages)

Final sale.

Packages expire if not used within specified timeframe.

Missed sessions, downtime, or inability to complete series due to non-medical reasons do not qualify for refunds or extensions.
Memberships, Packages & Prepaid Promotions

All memberships, prepaid packages, flash sales, event pricing, and promotions are final sale.

Membership fees are non-refundable and may not be paused, transferred, or prorated unless required by law.

Unused services, credits, or benefits expire after One Year from time being purchased and have no cash value.
Medical Contraindication Exception (Strict & Limited)
If a new medical condition prevents safe service:

Submit a written note from a licensed MD or DO within 6 months of purchase.

Partially used or initiated services are not eligible.
Approved unused balances may be applied as non-transferable credit toward alternative services of equal or lesser value. Refunds are rare and discretionary: 50% of the original purchase price only if the service has not been scheduled, prepared, or administered.
Florida-Specific Notes

Refunds may only be provided as legally required.

Only MD or DO physician documentation is accepted for medical exceptions.

Credit expiration dates are clearly specified and enforceable, in this case will be 12 months from issue.
Additional Terms

Missed appointments, late cancellations, scheduling conflicts, personal preference, travel issues, financial hardship, relocation, pregnancy, or changes of mind do not qualify for refunds, credits, or extensions.

Results vary and are not guaranteed; individual healing responses and outcomes differ.

Gift cards, reward credits, promotional bonuses, and complimentary services are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value.

All issued credits must be used within the specified timeframe or expire thereafter.

Chargebacks or payment disputes in violation of this policy may result in forfeiture of services, credits, memberships, and future booking privileges.

Alera Med Spa reserves the sole right to determine eligibility for any return, credit, or refund request.

By purchasing any product, service, package, or membership, you acknowledge, accept, and agree to this policy in full.

I understand that all products and services, including injectables, laser treatments, facials, packages, and memberships, are final sale except under the limited medical exception policy.
